Assettix Manager simplifies communication with its Slack integration, providing timely notifications to keep you informed about crucial updates. Follow these easy steps to set up Slack notifications and stay in the loop.

Step-by-Step Guide: Adding Slack Integration

Step 1: Accessing Organization Settings

1.1 Login to Assettix: Begin by logging into your Assettix Manager account. Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.

1.2 Navigate to Org Settings: Once logged in, locate and click on “Org Settings.” This is your hub for configuring organizational preferences.

Step 2: Adding Slack Webhook

2.1 Locate Slack Integration: Within Org Settings, find the section dedicated to integrations. Look for “Slack Integration” or a similar term.

2.2 Generate Slack Webhook: In Slack, create a webhook for Assettix notifications. If you don’t have one, follow Slack’s guidelines to generate a webhook URL. https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks

2.3 Paste Webhook in Assettix: Copy the webhook URL you generated in Slack. Return to Assettix and paste the webhook in the designated field under Slack Integration.
